文化庁HP → 令和3年度 文化財多言語解説整備事業(1次募集)

We will cooperate with the "Multilingual Interpretation Project for Cultural Properties (Aizu)," a project budgeted by the Agency for Cultural Affairs in FY2021.

We have decided to cooperate with the Regional Cooperation Council for Shrines and Temples Tourism (representative Organization: Japan Tourism Association for Shrines and Temples) in the "Multilingual Interpretation Project for Cultural Properties (Subsidy for Cultural Resource Utilization Project)", a project funded by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, to provide multilingual commentary for the “Aizu 33 Kannon Pilgrimage” which is a Japan Heritage.

We will continue to cooperate in the maintenance of multilingual commentary for Fukushima Prefecture's Japanese Heritage "Aizu 33 Kannon Pilgrimage" in FY2019 and FY2020.

With the cooperation of many people including the "Gokujo no Aizu Project Council" and the "Tohoku Tourism Promotion Organization", we will promote the maintenance of multilingual Interpretation for cultural properties in 13 municipalities, including Aizuwakamatsu City and Kitakata City, this fiscal year.

This development of multilingual explanations of cultural properties will make it possible to comfortably convey the charms of valuable cultural properties such as shrines and temples to foreign visitors to Japan. We will also contribute to attracting visitors to the Aizu region and revitalizing the region.
